To the unbelievable honour and valour of the global peoples that have received the Order Of The British Empire and similar honours bestowed by governments: most are worthy of the bestowment's, however, there are the few exceptions: James Hehir OBE, is one of few skulduggerous exceptions.
It was time for the British Prime Minister Tony Blair to hand out O.B.E's, The Order Of The British Empire, to his cronies again in 2005. Yes Tony's Cronies were well rewarded: some for their crooked skulduggery, as Tony pushed the names forward for the Queens new years honours list.
James Hehir, a skulduggerous Local Government Chief Executive for Ipswich Borough Council in Suffolk England was no doubt very pleased to receive his O.B.E. award in the Queens new years honours list in 2005.
Unfortunately Tony Blair was aware, made aware by correspondence from the author of this site that James Hehir, had been with others responsible for knowingly uncaringly endangering the lives of some of the Queens people and many children in Ipswich Suffolk England long before the award was tendered.
Blair was also made aware that James Hehir was also partly responsible: party to the harassment of many of the Queens people in Ipswich, also made aware of the threatening and intimidating behaviour to our Queens people by some of James Hehir's Local Governments officers.
James Hehir was and still is the principle lifeguard for our Queens people in Ipswich, he reneged on this duty. Was he also in the conspiracy to kill an unwary member of the public in 1996 to close the old Lido swimming pool in Ipswich? another deal to commerce!
I have written to Her Majesty the queen at Buckingham Palace, the letter is pasted below, I am awaiting a reply.

Dear, your majesty, congratulations on reaching and enjoying
your recent eightieth birthday: and for doing your best to
look after and care for our people and interests.
I bring you attention to James Hehir OBE, the scurrilous
current chief executive officer of Ipswich Borough Council
in Ipswich Suffolk. Hehir received his OBE in 2005.
Hehir was C.E.O. for IBC in 1992 when I wrote to him that
year bringing his attention to the fact that a local lido
swimming pool was dangerous and children were in danger
of being hurt or killed by unsafe apparatus, also, the
bottom of the pool was blackened in some areas and your
people mostly children: were in danger of drowning.
I brought in a local newspaper to view the pool, and an
article was published in the local paper highlighting the
dangers of the blackened pool. After this event sport was
curtailed for me and others by IBC staff that harassed me
and other people that were using the pool.
I called in the HSE in 1993 to view dangerous apparatus at
this pool, a high diving board structure, the HSE served a
remedial order on IBC to make the dangerous diving boards,
( that I witnessed were hurting children ) safe. I received
a personal commendation from the then HSE Director general
of the HSE for making this swimming pool safe.
As a scientist I have written books about mental illness and
IBC's corporate skulduggery, these free down load books are
published on my internet sites. The books pertinent to
IBC''s skulduggery were published on the internet in 2002.
The sites have been kept live since then. Hehir and IBC
officers were made aware of these sites.
I feel James Hehir should have made your office aware that
he was not suitable to receive an OBE because of his
prior corporate skulduggery that endangered lives. I am
asking you to rescind this substantial honour that you
bestowed on James Hehir for reneging on his paramount duty
which was to be the head lifeguard for Ipswich people and
any people under his control.
Hehir, has done the worst thing that he could have done:
he did not act when he should have done to ensure the safety
of your people. He was also party to the unwarranted
harassment of a lot of your people.
Recently, I have set live an internet site titled an-obe-is-
worthless.com where the text highlights how James Hehir has
besmirched the honours system endangering and showing lack
of care for your people.
You may wish to force this matter in to the high court, I am
going to try to start an action against IBC in the local
county court for my recent and the on going long harassment
of me, the judge may refer the matter to the high court. I
have no funds, you may wish to fund this action or arrange
funding by an agent to make sure that people like James
Hehir: that knowingly endanger the lives and harass your
people before they receive their OBE, will never be allowed
to have an OBE.
If it is proved in court that my activity is contemptuous,
or perjury is proven, or any false evidence is presented
to the court: then I must receive a long custodial
sentence for acting in such a way.
James Hehir is listed as being an advisor on the University
Campus Suffolk board - http://www.ucs.ac.uk/about/board.asp -
the college caters for children, I do not think James Hehir
should be in such a position where he must show care for
children.
My action over the last few years has saved the wonderful
art deco lido pool in Ipswich from demolition, you of course
will be aware that such pools nationally are regaining
popularity: promoting health and happiness for your people.
